As and Interior Design service, we are qualified to produce drawings that can be used for construction for new construction or ADU’s. As an Professional Organizing service, we have worked with a full range of projects from massive private homes to very small businesses run out of homes. Each are cared for with the same professionalism and privacy.

Kitchens and baths are the most used and most valuable rooms in your home, and updating them can be life changing. From cosmetic changes to complete rebuilds, we can reform these utilitarian spaces to be your most cherished.

Our Kitchens and Bath design packages include hours of design research, mood boards, color consulting, sketches, fixture and appliance selections, cabinet selections and design, material sourcing, design meetings and purchasing management.

Room rates start at $2500 to $4500 depending on the size and complexity of the transformation. for complete kitchens.


color consulting + painting $75/$150 per hour

Our color and paint services find you the exact color then put it in place. First we’ll help you choose the right wall and trim colors, then we’ll get the appropriate paint add materials and transform you walls or furniture.


INSTALLATIONS + ASSEMBLY $75/$150 per hour

AS part of the installation process, we’ll hang art, window treatments, shelves and safety bars, we’ll expertly assemble furniture, and we’ll stage the room as much as we can by making beds, fluffing pillows, and picking flowers if we can.


occupied staging for PHOTOGRAPHY $400-600/DAY

An alternative to regular staging for real estate and optimal for designer portfolios is the occupied staging, where homes are edited and rearranged to highlight architectural features, custom details. Clutter and personal items are removed, shelves are classic staging details are added.

The Design + Declutter Consultation is an hour meeting to gain perspective on storage and style needs, take measurements and talk about the possibilities.
