Vintage 1930s Circular Framed Map and Coat or Arms from Finland

Handsome piece of nostalgia from the homeland of whoever received this as a gift in the United States. The circular wood frame encases a piece of art with a black background, pale yellow map of Finland in the center, and surrounded coats of arms for Finland and each of its states. Second to last photo has a poor translation from Google on it. Measures about 13.75" in diameter.
