Vintage 1930s Yellow Depression Glass Paden City #517 "Black Forest" Platter

Lovely piece of true depression glass from the 1930s in a lovely pale amber with beautifully etched forest scene featuring dogs interacting with deer and moose. This 10.25" diameter low, semi-flat under plate or platter sits on a squat foot, The center is meant to fit a large matching bowl. The textured rings coming from the center make this piece match with two dish different series from Paden, but the etched underside of the rim is the star of the show. Glorious condition for almost 100 years old.
