Vintage 1940s Harker Pottery Bakerite "Modern Tulip" Lidded Bowl

Hard to find petite lidded bowl with 22K gold piping on the lower edge, the Modern Tulip motif from this Bakerite series from Harker Modern Age Pottery on the bowl and lid, vertical ridges on the sides, and a well-fitted lid. The 5" diameter, 3.75" tall piece of bakeware's original purpose is unknown, but it is oven-proof. It is small for bakeware, but could also store leftovers that can be reheated in the oven, or used on a counter as a large sugar or salt jar, coffee, or treats.
