Vintage 1950s Josefs Original "Dinner Belle" from the Belle Series

From the series of petite figurative ceramic belles in the shape of girls with big dresses is Dinner Belle who is holding a covered serving dish. Her pink dress with full skirt is adorned with a white apron with single pink rose and gold leaf details and is where the clapper hides. This 3.75" brunette darling was created by Josefs of California but made in Japan in the late 1950s and has a few tiny signs on her age with a wee chip on top of her head that is barely noticeable.
