Vintage 1950s MCM Atomic Gold Crackle Candy Dish by Fosters of California

Glitzy gold divided nut or candy dish from The Atomic Age made by Fosters of California in the mid century modern era when Los Angeles and Southern California was a hub for decorative and practical ceramic homewares. Fosters of California were known for the Television Lamps and floater flower bowls, and also for this 22K gold crackle finish. This piece was well cared for and has no chips, cracks or signs of use as it is so brilliant that it was hard to photograph. Measures 11" long by 5" wide.
