Vintage 1960s MCM Michael Lax for Orange Copco Fondue Set Plates & Forks

This very cool fondue set or sauce warming pot and matching plates in two styles was designed by Michael Lax in the 1960s and is part of Copco's celebrated enameled cast iron line from Denmark. The two different styles of enameled dishes have different purposes, the two with the high sides hold whatever you are dipping, like cubes of bread or fruit. The stack of six plates that match are for individuals to eat from. The forks are not Copco but comes as bonus; they're stainless steel and wood. Gorgeous set that needs a little rust remover but otherwise in great shape. Note the shipping on this set is high because all together it weighs a ton.
