If this skirt had a name it would be Pat Benatar. High waisted black pencil with back zipper, back slit and front slit pockets with red leather piping. The Korean made skirt says size 17/18 on the Kuture Leather tag, but I cannot find a US equivalent, so estimate it's a 9/10 with a small waist or a size 7/8 with a less fitted skit.
